there is a propaganda war being waged against us from the Repugs and their proxy, the mainstream media.

Do not believe the tripe. Because just believing we will win isn't going to make it happen, but believing we are losing because we have doubts that make us slide into believing the propaganda certainly will make defeat seem like it was inevitable.

16. There's a lot of power in positive energy

We have to stay optimistic, or we lose what strength we have. I like to imagine all the swing-voters in the country voting Kerry. It gives me the courage to get out there and try to make a difference in people's decisions, to try to articulate what it is that's wrong with the B*sh administration, what's right about Kerry, and why we absolutely *must* make a change.

I'm not saying that positive energy has some mystical Karmic force or anything, just that it helps me get out there and do the best I can each day.

Then again, some people work better under pressure. If that's the case, feel free to imagine that we're 15 points behind and we've got to fight tooth and nail to gain victory. Whatever gets us out in force.
