New Poll: President-Elect Obama with highest approval rating of any president-elect ever (82%)
From:

More than eight in 10, or 82 percent, of those questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll released Wednesday approve of the way Obama is handling his presidential transition.

That approval is up 3 percentage points from when CNN asked the same question at the beginning of December. Fifteen percent of those surveyed disapprove of the way the president-elect is handling his transition, down 3 points from the last poll.

Sweet.

3. It might drop, but only because it's already been posted. But, what the hell,
I'll give it a kick, 'cause I just like looking at it.

21. This will change once
the fair and balanced media and talk radio has a chance to work on it. They are already beating this Blogojevich thing to death.

10. It's Not Like He Has A Tough Act To Follow...
I have no idea of whether he's doing a good job -the proof of the pudding will be in the eating. But it must be said that given Bush as the baseline, if the guy from Jackass had been elected president he would easily break 50% simply by stapling his butt-cheeks together.

28. LOL! LOL! (maybe they only THINK the poll #s are good; maybe because he's black....
the people REALLY are hiding a negative viewpoint of him, but are afraid to tell the pollster that, so we should automatically lop about 20% off the top, for the Bradley Effect.

i dont know... after hanging out on the hannity forums for a while to laugh at the nut jobs you would think Obama is the worst president in history. some of them even think he should be impeached for spreadiing his grandmothers ashes.

25. The interesting part is the 18% who don't seem to be split between DUers and Freepers
The rest of America seems to overwhelmingly support the excellent job he is doing.
