Twiiter: What the hell is it and are these messages by Hillary Clinton real?
http://tweetcongress.org/legislators/S0NY00188

I saw this site mentioned on Politico and thought I go over and see what the fuss is about. Well, I clicked on Hillary Clinton's profile and checked out the last few messages she apparently made. Is this real, or is this particular site fake?

1. Twitter is a micro-blogging service
I seriously doubt those are Senator Clinton's actual tweets. My guess is someone is pretending to be her on Twitter.

3. What's the difference between a blogging site and a "micro-blogging" site?

5. Micro blogging has a character limit
I think with Twitter, it's no more than 140 characters per post. As well, while Twitter allows you to create your own Twitter page, that page is limited to only your Twitter posts and the posts (tweets) of the other Twitter users on your list. Not like a full-fledged blog where one can personalize the page, add photos and all the entries are automatically archived by date, keywords and other stuff.

What makes Twitter so popular is that people can write posts from their cellphones.

4. Oh okay, I was thinking there had to be something wrong with this.
The other congress member's messages seemed legit, so I just kind of wondered, ya know. I don't get that Twitter site. I must be technologically slow because I just don't see the point.
