Obama is the most pro-worker president of my lifetime.
I was born during the reign of Ford. I am stunned and very impressed by Obama putting himself out there on behalf of the Republic workers. It's pro-worker leftism that I don't remember ever seeing by a president in this country and I am very impressed. Most presidents don't have the guts to stand up for workers like that.

1. I heard that on the car radio this morning and thought of how pissed the ownership class will be

will be when they realize how the world is about to change. They'll be trotting out the old shibboleths about competitiveness but, problem is, we made the world safe for them already and all they did was take, take and take. And then they fucked up to the point where the government had to save the economy. Dicks.

Obama got elected with the help of the working class and he won't forget them. More important, his heart is with them as well as his head.

2. Amazing
It's amazing how a positive Obama post sinks like a rock.

and it's a great thing to see.

4. It's so fucking awesome.
Such a contrast to Raygun breaking the air traffic controllers union. That was the first shot across the bow from the ownership class. Maybe this factory sit-in is the same thing from the working class!

7. Absolutely!
That's why the so-called "centrists" are full of shit. They want Obama to be as anti-worker as they and the DLC are. His sticking up for the sit-in workers makes me proud to have voted for him.

8. By the time Obama is done, the Right will be scratching its ass
trying to figure out what happened.
