Two different covers? Help me out? What's diff about them?

Notice that his skin color is darker in the top picture.

8. I don't think that's the cover's fault. Notice the red field and the lettering

Everything is darker on the top cover. I think that's just the lighting of the picture of the cover.

One you can tear off, and the other you can leave on. As a souvenir cover for framing, for instance.

24. The magazine will have two covers, that's what they mean.

The magazine has two different covers on each magazine. The first is for the magazine, the second is so you can detach and frame it.

Tested in Photoshop. Interesting how some think one is sharper/darker... The power of suggestion at work!

27. They goofed. The "difference" on the special issue is a gold background

for the Ebony logo, rather than it's traditional red.

Personally, I think the photo placement is the biggest problem - Obama looks like he has horns. They should have used a better composition/size/layout whatever. But that looks dumb and will look dumber (on their part) in 15 years....
