and Barack himself--it'll be quite a shock for the world not to have a United States addicted to cowboy diplomacy.

8. She has been for a long time, hasn't she? I knew of her before BHO. GREAT choice...
This way she's also ready to jump into the seat of NSA or SOS if a vacancy shows up. I was actually rooting for her to get state, for the humor's sake.

11. Yes. She was an adviser for Kerry in 2004 and before that, she was an undersecretary (I think) with
Madeleine Albright. It would be a great choice if she gets it. (and I agree she would have been a great Secretary of State).
