Of course he is a US citizen. He might also be considered a citizen of Kenya because his father was a citizen of that country studying in the US, and perhaps he also became a citizen of Indonesia when his mother married her second husband and lived there. But what reason would two college kids in Hawaii have in pretending their child was born somewhere other than where he was actually born? Any conspiracy would have had to have begun back then, and I"m sure Barack Sr. and Dunham had absoultely no idea that their newborn son would grow up to be president, so what reason would they have to lay the groundwork for such a ridiculous ruse?
