Wonderful, thoughtful, passionate historian Doris Kearns Goodwin is getting a little cash windfall from the sale of her "Team of Rivals." She deserves it. And it wonderful that more people are buying history books. The sequel "Team of Rivals: The Obama Years" should be a blockbuster.

I come from years of not trusting the Clintons, however she's developed her skills. I also like her more than her supporters, which don't advocate for her without her say so. Why tell three people about the trip, when none would have been better. I don't see the SoS position as the best for her, or her for it.

If Obama truly wants this, I'm fine with it, though.
