"The state Bureau of Elections on Thursday certified independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader to be on New Mexico's general-election ballot. But the chairman of the state Democratic Party said his party is likely to file legal action to derail Nader, possibly as early as today."

REPUBLICAN-FUNDED FIRM FRAUDULENTLY GATHERING SIGNATURES FOR NADER
Firm under Criminal Investigation, Paying for Signatures

Albuquerque, NM – Signature gatherers in Albuquerque employed by the firm JSM have been making deceptive pitches to unsuspecting New Mexicans, failing to identify the fact that they are gathering signatures to benefit Nader’s presidential campaign and that they are funded by Republicans.

Signature gatherers have misled potential signatories by telling them that they can help “put a third party on the ballot,” without mentioning Ralph Nader or the fact that he is vying to be an Independent or non-Party candidate. JSM is also reportedly under investigation in West Virginia for not properly identifying themselves.
