16. It was actually the fault of the reporter. I think we need to get used to his wit.

The reporter asked if he had spoken with any Presidents. Then he answered about speaking with living Presidents and chose not to channel Reagan like Nancy Reagan did. Granted it was an odd joke but I think he's trying to signal the change to the Press Corps that he'll be a different kind of President during the pressers.

do a Nancy Reagan seance." It was a joke, she used to consult astrologers all of the time and had them in the WH to tell her whether to go out or not or whether Ronnie should or shouldn't do something. She loves astrology. This is where the "seance" reference comes from. It's a non-issue, it was funny as hell.
