I predict a MASS EXODUS of Conservatives to Alaska.

Why? Three reasons:

1) They can be closer to their Ice Queen and her Hillbilly Husband, as well as plenty of wildlife to take their aggression out on.

2) It's the only place in the country where their leaders and elections can still be corrupt as possible and not worry about recriminations.

3) It's just about as far away from Washington DC and President Obama as they can possibly get and still technically be in the country.

because you have to be a resident for a whole calendar year before you get the PFD money; if they get there before Jan 1, they'll get a check in October of 2010, otherwise not until 2011.
