One simple question for the press....
What happened to 1LT George W. Bush on April 16, 1972? Morning to night, what happened on that day?

Okay, news media, go to it.

We're waiting.

2. Forget the press
No Journalist is going to go digging, if they get it slightly wrong then goodbye career. GOP would make sure of that. Getting the dirt on W is the job of the Dem party, or a Lib 527.

4. Press, Shmess. Just the facts, ma'am. The press will follow.
A central fact of the day is that it was the last day Bush flew a military plane.

Tell me more.

Get the facts, post 'em here, and the press will follow. I am sure that Walt Starr's work on the ribbons laid the groundwork for the current press frenzy over Bush's unfulfilled National Guard obligations.

5. Well, Walt...
... has some photographic evidence that was readily available (Bush's official military photo). I just have a hunch, and another hunch on how to use records other than Bush's to determine if the hunch is correct or not.

I've suggested them here, hoping that someone associated with the press would pick them up and run. Guess no one has.

I should file my own FOIA, I guess. I haven't done so because I'm in the middle of another writing project and as it is, very susceptible to distractions.

Cheers.
