Mika: Sarah Palin is a very talented person and she will get the last laugh
the more stupid Palin prove she is the more Mika likes her...WTF is that all about?

Also Joe Dead Intern said that everyone thought Reagan was stupid and he still won the presidency...Reagan may not have been the brightest person around, he certainly was no Clinton or Obama, but he did not lack total depth and he definitely had intellectual curiosity...you would never find him sating things like he had foreign affairs experience because he lives close to another country.....Joe is an IDIOT!

5. Commando raid on the Scarborough set. Are you in or out?
The reason I've been watching is because I like Lawrence O'Donnell. But Joe and Mika are drinking the Kool-Aid by the barrelful. TG her father is coming on to perhaps talk some sense into these people, er... next to these people.

8. I like Lawrence O'Donnell too
I like the show much better when he is on. He des a great quite of quietly rebutting Joe's asininity. I wish they would make him a regular. I think Mika is the weakest link. She has no real viewpoint and just flounders aimlessly making mostly inane comments.

6. Palin will get the last laugh when she becomes...
Edited on Fri Nov-07-08 07:29 AM by RichGirl
...a regular on SNL or gets her own show on Comedy Central...that's where her talent lies.

Palin is not a very intelligent person and has very little knowledge. If at the age of 44 she doesn't have enough knowledge of the goverment or the world to do a simple interview, then it's because she is not interested. You can't do a job, especially a good job, in a field that you are not interested in. If Palin manages to get elected into a higher office it would be dangerous and tragic...not a laughing matter. Mika clearly has no sense!!! Is this what she would want for her children?

23. Get ready for tragedy!
The electorate of Alaska is so dedicated to the Republican Party that they still support Stevens regardless of the fact that he is a convicted felon. If Palin runs for his seat she will go to congress.

12. They're martyrs...
They watch so that we don't have to, and they provide us with all the important details of what's being said. Because without the opinions of two vapid talking heads on tv (one of whom is a republican) we would all be so very ill informed.

People who watch Morning Joe and post about it with any kind of serious intent are no different than people watch and discuss professional wrestling as though it's real.

Those same guests will say the same things they say there, on many other shows and many other places and in many other forums. Nothing they say on there is worth me wasting a minute of my time watching republican bigots spew their talking points. Same reason I never watched or listened to Imus.

17. The only way Sarah Palin will get the last laugh
....is if they give her Tina Fey's spot on SNL, and she closes out the show.

I think at the RNC there are more than a few sighs of relief that she is,
for now, anyway, going back to hunting moose on the Alskan taxpayers' nickel.

Has there been a more delusional idiot on the TV than Mika?

Usually don't watch anymore, but I just turned it on. Mika was almost starting to make sense, and said that the McCain camp picked her, so if they didn't know all of this about her, then they lied to us about the vetting. Then of course she broke and said "I-I'm sssorry. I don't...I don't like the way she's being treated!" And Joe had to console her and say that Sarah was just like Ronnie Ray-gun who had been underestimated, and Mika nodded to herself and breathed heavily and said "She...she'll run for senate." Get a freaking grip, Mika. A little detachment never hurt anybody. And then Lawrence said "The question is Joe, why you and other republicans like to celebrate ignorance?" and I turned it off laughing.

22. Here's why she won't be going higher
Her lack of intelligence and her extremist views alone wouldn't stop her from getting a large number of votes. But no way is she able to build a political organization that will compete on its own on a national level. Obama had the best organization ever. Palin was just put in place by McCain, otherwise she wouldn't have been on the national stage. She couldn't manage her own staff at all, just yelled at them like a diva. She couldn't build alliances in the party. All she does is represent an extreme point of view so that Rush and Hannity praise her and a certain percentage of people just fall in line. Other than the brain-dead, she just makes enemies within her staff, her own party, in her state. She's too obviously in love with herself and out for herself and Todd. Todd all by himself isn't a campaign organization for anything more populous than Alaska.

26. Sadly, I have to disagree.
Edited on Fri Nov-07-08 08:28 AM by olegramps
Alaska is dominated by right-wing Republicans who would support her for a run to be senator. She very well may not be a candidate for the presidency, but she could easily be elected to be a representative from Alaska. As I noted above they support a convicted felon because he is a Republican. They are delusional believing that they are independent rugged individualists while in fact they are the most dependent people in the union. When the oil runs out, just like when the gold did, they will be lucky to survive the winter.

You've got pubs like joe comparing you with the most deified republican of all time saint raygun, you got freepers boycotting FUX news for running a hit piece on you and you've got the higher ups (the so called party intellectuals) meeting to begin the big "purge".

Thank you sarah palin, you've done more to help the democratic party than you'll ever know.
