My memory sucks anymore....wouldn't that disqualify from holding office.

Wouldn't Clinton's legal problem disqualify him as well? Can't remember how Clinton was punished for the Paula thingy.

10. I admire John Dean for coming clean about Nixon
and for his criticisms of Chimpolini, but none of that forms a coherent basis for his consideration as AG. Besides his age, there's the convicted felon thing.

I'd much prefer having Patrick Fitzgerald in that position. Let's give him another shot or three at Turdboy Rove as well as other bad actors from BushCo.
