with early and provisional and absentee, there are a LOT more ballots this year.

4. Ohio turnout was definitely depressed; precinct volunteers reported it all over the state.

My theory is that the traditional Republican voters just didn't come out. They were "depressed" and as their depression goes, so goes Ohio. ;-)
