I am a strong Dean supporter and
was just wondering does Dean have more female/male support? Does women make up the largest percentage of the actual voters at the polls? Just wondering for my future reference!

1. IMO
I recall an article on the subject...Dean has more support among women than men, which surprised me.

I also believe women outnumber men 51 or 52% to 49/48% in this country, but I believe more men actually vote than women. I don't know whether there are more men or women among Democratic voters, though.

Good question.

8. It's that picture of Clark in Spandex...
It's that picture of Clark in Spandex that has so many of the
males supporting him ("Know what I mean, nudge-nudge, wink-wink,
Ehh-Ehh?")

3. The latest ARG poll had Dean with a 30-22 advantage in men's support over
Clark and a 43-7 advantage in women's support over Clark. This was NH voters only.

Not sure how Dean compares to Kerry in women's support. Dean once trailed Kerry with women's support but I think now that gap is closed.

5. Compared to Kerry, Dean gets more support from Men
Men are drawn to Dean's anger and "my way or the highway" mentality. Data is available in recent NH poll breakdown.

Did you catch Kerry's speech in front of Women's for Kerry this morning on CSPAN? The most important people in his life and campaign are women - his wife, two daughters, campaign manager, and co-chairman. It says something about his genuine and profound support for the feminist movement.
