but tonight was my breaking point!!! First they stole just one at the beginning of my development and placed it with one of their.
The next night I just went right back and placed my obama sign next to theirs...which I had the spot first. Now they are pulling mine out and replacing them with theirs...so the war is on!!! These people do not own the land in which I am putting signs!!!

11. It's probably not the folks with McCain signs. We had 3 Obama signs stolen --

and then I took the advice of the Obama campaign. I bring my sign in when it gets dark in the evening. I put it in the window, and leave the porch light on so it can be seen. First thing in the morning, I put it back out on the lawn. I put it close to the house, and it's planted under an American flag I bought before the Fourth of July at the grocery store. So far, both still stand.

13. Mine was stolen last night

during the Obamamercial. Bastards! I just read a story on HuffPo that Peter Frampton is pissed that his 3rd sign has been stolen. Someone suggested coating the edges and the metal frame legs in Preperation-H or Vaseline. I might just put some Limburger cheese on the one I have left. Even if they do steal it, the stink will be all over their car door handle and steering wheel. Though I would hate to do this to an Obama sign, a thin coat of dog shit along the edges and the legs is also being considered.
