WaPo - Obama & McCain Supreme Court Nominee Predictions
The Washington Post has the following article predicting possible nominees to the U.S. Supreme Court. I was somewhat surprised not to see Harvard Law Professor, Cass Sunstein, listed, because Prof. Sunstein is a friend of Obama, as well as an advisor.

A youngish Latino woman liberal. Good by me.

Sunstein would likely be his second nominee.
