Obama FEELS FOR "the teenage mom, the minority, the gay, the disabled." SCARED YET?
Edited on Thu Oct-30-08 10:34 AM by Bicoastal
These are the evil, power-hungry people Barack Hussein Obama wants our next few Supreme Court Justices to feel so-called "compassion" for. Clearly the Constitution was not written with these scumbags in mind. Or so sez Senator Kit Bond (R-MO).

Bond, prior to a Palin Rally this AM: “Just this past week, we saw what Barack Obama said about judges.....he said, "I'm tired of these judges who want to follow what the Founding Fathers said and the Constitution. I want judges who have a heart, have an empathy for the teenage mom, the minority, the gay, the disabled. We want them to show empathy. We want them to show compassion.'"

Um, boo? BTW, It may or may not be worth pointing out that the town where he was speaking, Cape Girardeau, is home to one Rush Limbaugh.

2. Well, yeah....
....someone else's pregnancy, someone else's marriage, someone who has a different color skin or national origin, someone who is not straight and someone who physically or mentally cannot do EVERYTHING? Obvious threats to me, my home and my family!

:sarcasm:

3. I'm finding it hard to believe a constitutional scholar actually said
"I’m tired of these judges who want to follow what the Founding Fathers said and the Constitution. "

Poor grammer aside, this doesn't pass the "smell" test

7. Yeah, I'm having a hard time with that one, too
Anyone have attribution? I had to read it three or four times just to make sure I wasn't missing something...Obama said he was tired of judges who watned to follow the Founding Fathers and the Constitution? I don't believe it for a minute.

4. Does Bond realize
Palin's daughter is a teenage Mom, Palin's son is disabled and Palin's husband is a minority? (being part Yup'ik Eskimo)

8. I just can't believe the heartlessness of some Republicans.
Imagine ridiculing (and that's what this is) a candidate because he supports the idea of judges having a heart, having compassion for teenaged moms, minorities, gay people and the disabled. That kind of ridicule is nothing but mean-spirited cruelty.
