I mean, I don't even remotely care if it's true or not. I know people who lean strongly towards the Palistinean side in the Israel-Palestine conflict, and I would be perfectly happy to let them babysit my kids (if I had any). If you don't agree with someone on an issue, you can't be casual friends with them or let them babysit?
