The "trickle-down" of bad economics has reached central PA.

Losing jobs and $$ in the market are not good things, but they certainly will help Obama on Tuesday in my hometown.

My parents and the rest of my extended family live in central PA. I talked to my mom last night and she said:

"you know how we lag behind the rest of the country and the rest of the world here. Well, the economic crisis is just starting to hit. Just over the past couple of days, lay-offs have been announced in several manufacturing plants in the area and places are going out of business. Your uncle lost a lot of money in his retirement fund and everyone I talk to are just plain pissed."

Upon hearing Palin was speaking at Penn State the other day, my uncle said "what the hell is she doing up there?":wow:

The realization of just how bad living day-to-day may get is waking these people up. They are realizing Obama is the best choice and no amount of race-baiting from the other side will matter.

McCain will NOT win PA.

1. Will people remember the bad days in four years if Obama can lift up this economy?
The shitter is looks this time around, the easier it could be to win in 2012, I hope.

Will people look in four years and say President Obama pulled us of out of that shit ???

2. I certainly hope so. The incumbent party most always wins when the country's in good shape.
It's times like these when they get thrown out on their asses.

3. To bad Michigan has the nit wits running around it saying
that this current mess is just a "normal" down turn in the market. Theres still some that are saying their 401k's are a good "investment" and soon there 401k's will be back where they were a year ago. Then theres the democratic voters that can't vote for a "black man" because he will get revenge for 200+ years of mistreatment of "his people", so they are voting for Nader.

Just when I can't believe people can't get any dumber they prove me wrong.
