Is a failed neocon representative of the Reagan Admin...do we have that straight? Or no?

Sec of State 1992-1993 under HW Bush
Republican

Edit to add: As for Obama, he has been endorsed by three Sec of States that I know of: Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright, and Warren Christopher.

5. And let's not forget that Jim Baker helped engineer the theft of the 2000 election.
Of course McCain would want and election thief on his side.
