I tuned in to see Obama at 8 pm on Fox, as it is scheduled, and find that Fox rescheduled the time.

Obama was on other channels at 7, and on this channel at 8. They moved it up, according to the person answering the phone, it was a last minute decision.

Oprah is supposed to be on in a half an hour, according to the cable schedule and zap2it.

I don't get to see Obama, and I bet a lot of others didn't get to see him either.

1. Were you watching Fox TV or Fox News?..

While I didn't happen to watch the program on the Fox TV broadcast station, it was to be shown there then followed at 8:30 by the World Series, not by Oprah. Fox even had MLB move the game back by 10 minutes to accommodate the Obama programming.

2. Fox tv. I called and spoke with a woman who apologized, said it was a last minute decision.

But the ad buy was made the way it was in order to get the widest audience possible. There is no reason that Fox needed to air Obama earlier. This way, only those who tuned in at 7 got to see him, while the buy was made to bracket the time from 7 to 8:30.

Here's a screen shot of the tv schedule. I'm just pissed because I raced home to see it at 8, researched when it was on, looked forward to it all day, and there is Oprah talking to Marion Jones about drugs.

I just think if the campaign made this giant ad buy for a certain time, the station should have honored it. They didn't have to move it up, could have moved Oprah up. WTH??
