I'm proud of our campaign
Whatever happens, I'm proud of the kind of campaign we have waged. It was groundbreaking, innovative, smart, honorable, inclusive, and competent. We will win because of this.

GOBAMA!

On the other hand, McCain's campaign will go down as the most backward looking, stupid, political gimmicky, exclusive, dishonorable, incompetent, racist, anti-intellectual presidential campaign in modern American history. McCain deserves his spot in history as a total failure for the what he allowed his campaign to become. He sacrificed all of the values he once claimed he stood for and claimed he fought his party for. He sold his soul to the devil and he will wear that badge of shame for eternity.

4. Always. Obama ALWAYS showed McCain respect even when the man didn't deserve a dime's worth.
Obama always said McCain was an "honorable man" who served his country well. Always positive. When Obama attacked, it was on the issues, never about personal business or nasty innuendo. Obama respected us enough not to engage in distractions and political gimmicks. He respected us enough to choose a competent vice president. He RESPECTS us and talks to us like we're thinking adults.

He ran a positive, optimistic campaign and I am DAMN proud.

EDIT: I wish I would've been an Obama supporter from the start.

7. Who did you originally support?
I'll be honest. I never thought Obama would be here today. If you would have told me Obama would be the next president two years ago, I would have looked at you like you're crazy and told you Hillary Clinton would be the next president. I guess destiny had another idea about that.

9. You know, it's amazing what has happened over the course of this election.
We started out with a stellar group of Democrats battling it out. Obama seemed like the long shot, the underdog. He was up against Edwards, a VP candidate just four years ago, and a CLINTON. Then everything hit the fan and this became the greatest year ever in politics.

10. Fantastic! Best I've ever seen and I've been around a while
My first political involvement was in high school when I rang doorbells registering new voters in Teaneck, NJ for LBJ.

I have never seen anything like this. These guys are geniuses.

16. I have a feeling McC is very ashamed of his campaign
but he can't stop it and he is desperate to win. This is not how he wants to be remembered, but it will be.
