Answer this... if it doesn't matter, then why would it matter? Or how could it matter when it doesn't matter?

Remember their reasoning for the storm not mattering was because it wasn't going to get worse. So if it can't get worse, it means it will not matter. But this video is saying it does matter.

So if it does matter, then it would also matter that Obama is our president, because remember the ad said, what if it gets worse? So this ad is in support of Obama?
