McCain's"yet" ad: font layout subliminally spells b LACK (little b on top line, LACK right below it)

Has anyone else noticed this? The first word you take away is bLACK.

I really don't think I'm over-reading. I was accused of that with my "phallus/obelisk imagery and white women" analysis a few months back of the first celebrity ads about Obama--which, I modestly say, predated the other analyses of the same phenom--but I think that got vindicated.

So don't throw out the idea automatically.

I wonder. McCain's throwing so much out I'm reminded of Yul Brunner's robot character in Westworld just flailing about (or the Terminator in Terminator II)--just flailing for any identity in the last minutes of a dying campaign. So maybe it's not worth acknowledging.

But the bLACK just screams out at me. Too much font stress in my b/g, I guess. I'd never design something without considering those implications, and I'm not a trained graphic designer, so I'm sure they must have done it on purpose.
