1. He's looking really guarded as Keith asks him about the backdrop.
Chris and Keith seem to have been in agreement a lot lately, but it seems Chris is still struggling a bit with Obama.

4. Wow.
Chris Matthews is the last person I would have imagined as an Obama supporter. I guess seeing a little bit of decency in a candidate goes a long way!

23. I don't
see Chris as struggling with Obama.

What I heard from CM tonight was a direct voice to white folks out there who won't consider voting for a black man. Basically, IMO, he was calling the racists out.

8. Tweety is being wonderful, on race, on selling himself
what more do you want a black to do? He has done everything we could possibly ask him to do so you should really consider voting for him.

Great family man, he's taken responsibility for himself.

Tweety was great.

22. It was very effective when you look at
the whole scope of it..a collage of Obama's 20 months of being vetting by Americans and exactly what he's going to do if we should be so honored.

27. It was kind of a waste of money
because the preceding 45 minutes kind of shot down the ad's argument. The ad seemed more juvenile and silly than normal for McCain in that slot. People who don't pay as much attention as we do have got to be asking themselves "what the heck is this ad talking about?"
