Shouldn't The Presidential Candidate Be Giving The Policy Speeches?......
Why is McCain leaving this energy speech up to Sarah? Seems to me that he should be laying out the big plans for his administration. Also - who is her audience for this speech?

1. Because she knows a bit more about it than he does
but can't articulate that because she has a different agenda than the campaign does anyway.

2. Ha! I'll say one thing for their campaign; they're confusing me.
What is goin' on? I think she's clueless myself, but her 'agenda' is to seem less so. I don't know if she accomplished that by being so tough on anyone who isn't American. NonAmerican=terrorist? She's not doing anyone any favors.
