This is our last opportunity. We need all hands on deck. My sister and I signed up and have made calls and gone canvassing (she in her city, I, in mine). We agree it's been the most rewarding thing we've done this year. Any way you could help? The aim is to get Dems out there voting. We have the support, but Dems sometimes need a little nudge to get out there and vote, and sometimes might even need a ride.

On Election Day I'm off all day and will be volunteering from morning till nite.

Is there any little time you can spare? Maybe even 1 hour to make some calls?

If you're interested in volunteering, it's pretty easy to find the website and campaign number. If you can't locate the website, campaign number, etc. on your own, please let me know.

Thanks.

1. My sister and I have been and will be volunteering.
She's working in Seattle on election day, and I'll be in the outskirts. I encourage anyone who's able to volunteer. It feels good!

2. Posted This Earlier... Obama Phone Number Is 1-877-874-6226...
1-877-US4Obama. If you call they ask for your zip code, when identified they will give you your local headquarters in your area, then you have options as to what you want. They will even connect you to the headquarters, but most likely you'll have to leave a message. They probably won't call back, BUT if you DO volunteer for something.... THEY WILL CALL BACK!

Pretty easy and they have certain teams to do certain things in your area. You don't really have much of a wait, but they are PUSHING hard and plan to work it for all it's worth. Don't know about each state, but I know here in Florida I'm getting calls for EVERYTHING. My name seems to be on all the teams. Tomorrow night I'll be going to a Pre-Obama appearance event here in SARASOTA COUNTY!! Think we'll be getting passes to be up front in the gated area. The Ed Smith stadium holds around 8 to 10 thousamd!!

I've already gone to two events, but not down in front. One in Dunedin & one in Tampa! That he's coming to Sarasota is REALLY REALLY BIG! National candidates NEVER come to this reddest of red counties! I heard on Rachel Maddow's show that she will be coming to Florida on Thursday for a sit down interview with him! I wonder if it will be taped from here. Would be great to see her at the Rally!

We should have a very good turn out considering we had about 5 or 6 thousand at the Unity Bridge Rally! But unfortunately, local media didn't give it much coverage... but that's Sarasota for you.

Do what you can, take NOTHING for granted!!!
