On MSNBC she just said that.

9. I agree, they are separate. But to me she was deliberately trying
to emphasize rural and suburban as having similar types of people, people different than those who live in cities. Maybe this is because I heard another Repuke earlier talking about PA and how McCain is going after the non-urban areas.

True or not it is the perception of most Republicans. The McCant campaign is doing nothing but trying to hold on to what they take to be their base.
