Or did I just mishear him? Edit: I thought I heard him say it in his first speech that day, "the closing argument".

that would not be raised for anyone making less than $250K/year.

5. Not on sale of small business. Cap gains tax reduction on stocks sales smacked our debt in the face

...but there's no way the sale of business's etc will ever reach that level so this is a good call
