27. So happy you got to be there,
donheld! I went to a Kerry rally on Nov 2, 2004 and I never got to see him, either. Wasn't the stage high enough?

It was in Manchester, NH and it was cold, too.

And drawing 25,000.

Obama's like "25,000, huh? I guess if you want go small, that's your right..."

a couple of days ago, catches signt of this on TV.

And it burrows down into his psyche and when he's 18, he punches his dad's lights out for trying to turn him into a little bigot.

Sorry, that video has been on my nerves all weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

25. Have you noticed that he hardly ever brags?
I would have big signs up changing each 1/2 hour with numbers up for crowd size.

He stays the same no matter what, gracious and appreciative and kind.

26. Everyone is happy and smiling at the Obama rallies.
Compared to the McPalin rallies where everyone seems angry.

29. A few larger versions, courtesy of Huffington Post:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/26/obama-draws-100000-at-den_n_137951.html

The Obama campaign released an initial crowd estimate of 75,000 people. That was later upgraded to "well over" 100,00 people, a tally confirmed by a Denver police spokesman.

The setting, on a sparkling day in this battleground state, said perhaps more than Obama did in his actual speech. His campaign is capitalizing on the scope of such rallies to get people to cast votes early, permitted in Colorado and more than two dozen other states.
