Local paper (Indianapolis Star) refuses to endorse either candidate for POTUS

Which, coming from a traditionally RW rag, says a LOT. I was certain that they would endorse McCain. They basically discussed some of the pros and cons of both candidates and stated that the editorial board was deadlocked about who to endorse so they decided to let US decide (isn't that what we are supposed to do anyway?)
