This is the kind of lead I dreamed for going into the last week. The underdogs usually close some so do not be alarmed if it happens. All the concentration now should be on remaining positive, working hard, and GOTV on election day. I think that one of the major items that will be talked about in the aftermath of this election will be the pro-Obama effect of early voting. The republicans have held an advantage for years of 2-3% by making voting hard. It has nothing to do with the fact that the strength of the Republican base is the rural and suburb vote where voting is at smaller precincts and is more convenient. Early voting is changing that in states like North Carolina. My prediction is that there will be some shockers in this election and Obama will out perform his poll numbers. Early voting will not go away. It is like opening Pandora's box for Republicans. Everyone is going to want it next time.

1. Second largest on RCP.
It was 8.2% on 10/14. But I am highly pleased to see his RCP lead increasing a little more each day.

2. Intrade looks good, actually it looks GREAT!!!!
I love following that nail biting Casino. Go to their "forum" and look for Delphi's posts on the Political sub threads. He's got some great info on polls as do several other posters.
Hope this link works:
http://www.intrade.com/forum/

If not, look under "Politics and Current Events" + "Ready made excuse for Poll inaccuracy" - good info there in those 2 pages of posts. Remember, these guys have megabucks to play with.
