Early/Absentee voting in Suwannee County Fla., as of Wednesday

Early/Absentee voting in Suwannee County Fla., as of Wednesday
According to Supervisor of Elections, as reported in Friday's paper (we only get a new paper on Wed and Fri)

registered voters in county = 24,758
early voters = 1,249 (early voting started Monday)
absentee ballots = 1,766 returned so far of 3,607 issued

Supervisor of Elections anticipates 80% turnout this year.

1. And why would people be eager to get out and vote early just to "stay the course"?
Don't you suspect that eager, early voters want to see change, not stasis?
