Ashley Todd was the Lone Gunman in the depository of Republicanism in Pittsburgh
She was not a patsy, acted alone, and just had psychological problems of her own.

She was able to travel up to Pittsburgh with her own money, house herself
feed herself, on her savings she had as a 20 year old, unemployed college student.

MAKES SENSE TO ME!

1. I think that they paid her way to be a volunteer
Campaigns do that for the most part, ie look for college kids who are willing to work VERY cheaply. Ie, they brought her there to work long hours doing extremely tedious work on their campaign.

Once there, she went off the deep end.

3. Follow the money
Follow the connections, she still had a handler
as a volunteer. Who was the handler?

Someone did the bank trip story
it wasn't her.

I hope you did watched her video
she put up on youtube on making a poster?.... Jim Jones Kool aide crap.

She had handlers up there, volunteers all do.
Even on our side.

She was impressionable and easily manipulated.

5. She was pre-occupied
Nothing more

She had mental issues. I doubt they set her up to do this, the stress of partisan activities was bound to set her off. Look at the head of the College Republican group, he spends a lot of time frothing at the mouth from what I can see. Being around that kind of "hate" is bound to set someone off.

That said, I do agree that they were quite willing to believe in her story and to use it once it became available.

So I guess I am firmly in the "opportunistic use" camp rather than the "MIHOP" camp.

8. You said You Think...... You don't know... you just assume
I ask to follow the money and you assume things which I find intellectually lacking..

You know what that means when you assume something.

9. There are assumptions in your original statement as well
The first is that there really is a link between her source of money and her activities over the past few days.

I know of several who are working for campaigns who could never live off of what the campaign is paying them if not for other sources.

6. Yeah there was no grassy knoll
or Republicans operatives promoting a race baiting agenda in Western Pennsylvania
to turn an election when they said they had just made great gains there that no
poll had seen.

Republicans would never lie about War or use psychological or physical torture to achieve
their goals. The government never used that against their own citizens in the US.

I guess, I'm just a tin foiled type of guy that's a ' volunteer'
to the cause of not paying attention..

Yup. I suspect she was their "plan" to win PA.

Stupid as that is, it fits with the rest of what they've done.

10. I have a really hard to believing the McCain camp put her up to this.
Doesn't add up to me... sorry.

They would have picked a smarter patsy, and likely one who was willing to take a real beating, not just smear some make up on herself. They would have set up a better story, picked a better time and place for the "crime" to occur.

No, this smacks of a dumb, attention hungry young person acting like a dumb, attention hungry young person. Perhaps her fellow "College Republicans" were in on it too, but I'd be shocked if it went any further up than that.
