4. On public radio today they interviewed a woman who was supporting McCain.
The question they asked her was, "How do you see America changing, should Barack Obama win the presidency?"

The woman started out with the disclaimer, "I don't want to sound like a racist, and I'm not a racist, but ..." :eyes:

Then she talked about how, prior to the civil rights movement, blacks had to step off the sidewalk to let whites pass. She worried that if Obama wins, it will "go to their (the blacks') heads," and they'll start treating white people like second-class citizens.

This was not a redneck woman. She sounded educated and at least middle class. What in the world are these people THINKING? I cannot fathom the mindset.

8. I missed the part in which they mentioned where she lived.
It very well might have been PA. It was a battleground state, that much I caught.

9. Email rumors
While the Democrats have honed the skill of internet fund raising, the Republicans have the art of anonymous email slime down to a fine science.

It works because when someone forwards an incredible email that isn't signed to a Republican, their collective stupidity allows them to accept it as gospel.
