On Friday, Police said Todd confessed to making the story up. They said she admitted there was no robbery or attacker and said she told them she had prior mental health problems.

Police said Todd will be charged with filing a false report.

Don't know if Ms. Todd really does have a history of mental health problems, but am glad to see she will be charged with filing a false report. What she tried to do could have had unthinkable consequences.

9. Theres the real problem with assholes like B-girl, how many people are put into prisons in this

country each year because of made up stories and lack of legal counsel during police interviews? What really gulls me is when caught people who make up the stories are slapped on the wrist if they get anything at all. Now if the cops had done what they normally would do when the national spot light isn't on them, they would have went out and found a black guy that fit their profile, probably one that the cops couldn't catch for other crimes the guy was accused of and would have put their resources into rail roading him to prison.
