This is a bona fide campaign expense and would also help candidates for other races who may be in danger of having their elections thrown by the massive voter disenfranchisement going on. There will be millions upon millions of provisional ballots cast around the country, highly concentrated in areas where there are large numbers of Dem voters. Each of these ballots will be INDIVIDUALLY ruled valid or not, and that process is much more likely to be conducted fairly with observers on the scene.

Spend it to help elect senators in swing states so he gets closer to 60 senators to work with by appearing in ads with them. A fraction of that $150 million could help ensure a 58+ democratic senate. I don't know if he can legally do that or not though.

Build a long term progressive infrastructure (offices, comm equipment, donor lists, volunteer lists, paid activists, etc) that can and will be used for decades to come to elect progressive politicians.
