**C-SPAN LIVE: Obama/Biden Campaign Event in Tacoma, Washington 5:10 PM EST
It has started yet but is suppose to be starting soon. They're having technical difficulties.

I saw someone posted another thread about watching it on the Obama website but I'm posting for those who wish to watch it on TV.
