I guess to be generous Palin could be for spreading the wealth but believes magic leprechauns randomly distributing it at the base of rainbows is the way to go. Afterall Government is full of people that abuse their power... like Sarah Palin.

7. Here is the thing

Republicans have always been for small government, and deregulation. Supposedly, this was going to somehow get wealthy corporations to offer more jobs, now that they would be unencumbered by restrictive regulations and regressive tax codes. The thought was that this would somehow create jobs, which in turn would make up for the tax loss from reduced taxes of corporations, to increased personal taxes of the workers......in essence......spreading the debt load to the worker.

Two problems with this scenario....the wealthy corporations never did create jobs. Instead, they outsourced them. And the trickle down - didn't.
