Omaba's mother was preg. when she went to Kenya and tried to return to Haw. in her 9th month but was NOT allowed to fly due to her pregnancy status(near due date) !! All Obama had to do was show an authentic birth cert. but was unable to do that therefore has file a motion to delay until after the election !

If Obama has NOTHING to hide, then WHY are his people BLOCKING his birth certificate information??????
Maybe because he might actually NOT be a US citizen, and would be automatically DISQUALIFIED to run for the Presidency!
Obama can't CHANGE that!

Overall Obama voters are voting for him based on his looks and personality.
They don't CARE about his past, his views or what he may actually stand for.
That's NOT what his voters care about.

Another 9/11 truther filed a motion in the Berg case. If you check out the guy's previous stuff in PACER, it's freaking hilarious. He filed a hand-written complaint once against a county in Missouri after he was banned from a law library, and then refused all discovery orders claiming "they already know this stuff".

There's a guy out here in Washington who filed a Berg-like suit against Washington's Secretary of State. The guy has a LONG history of being a right-wing gadfly.

Not to mention the guy in California who tried to attach himself to both the Berg lawsuit AND a simular suit against McCain, and the Washington DC / Georgia "forensic psychologist" who filed a brief to attach to the Berg lawsuit requesting that her name be kept secret - and then gave her name and address ON the court document in question.......

Berg's lawsuit is bringing out all the wingnuts, belfrey bats, and conspiracy cranks.

instead of dropping pencils on the floor so they could sneak peeks up the dress of the girl sitting behind them. Then they would know that any child born to at least one american citizen is a natural US citizen regardless what country said child was born in. Show me anywhere were it says the person must be born in a state of the union in order to be a president.

They are confusing immigration laws with citizenship laws. A child of 2 mexicans born in the United States is a citizen, thats true, but they are also citizens of Mexico because the parents are. Stupid fucks.
