Apache helicopter pilot urges troop loving Americans to vote for McCain...
Edited on Fri Oct-17-08 11:46 AM by cynatnite
As an Apache Helicopter Pilot in the US Marine Core, I urge all those who love the troops to vote for a hero, John Sydney McCain, distingished war hero and Arizona Senator.

I am here in Iraq, and just the other day as I was parachooting from my Apache Helicopter behind enemy lines to ingage the enemy, me and my Delta Force Marines poled eachother.

The pole results:

John Sydney McCain 100%
Barack HUSSIEIN Obama 0%

Even our token mulatto, Private 1st Class Tyrell Jones, voted for MccCain because he does not want to see his little black children grow up speaking muslim and saluting a communist flag under the dictatoship of Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

McCain is closing the gap. We have momentom on our side. The boy Hussein is toast!

SIMPER FI
JOHN MCCAIN/SARAH PALLEN 08!
PALLEN/HANNITY 12 & 16!

13. may I recommend either putting quotes around the title
or, better yet, using a title like "found in the swaps of freeperdom:"

there is far too much trolling at DU these days; people get sensitive. In the real world I'd probably have decked you before I got the joke (well, not really, but you get the idea)

24. yeah, I laughed at IT but don't know you from adam so
you need to telegraph your intent. Posting on anonymous boards is different from saying something with a wink or sarcastic tone. If you don't want to get ripped; you indicate your position. When you post something verbatim without comment, it gives every appearance you endorse it.

9. Polling active duty military is not legal

I'm not sure about "poling" them.

However, federal law forbids conducting political polls of active duty military.

27. The US Marines does not fly the AH-64 Apache
Instead they use the AH-1 Cobra and AH-1W SuperCobra.

The Apache is an Army chopper. I know, they make them right in my town of Mesa, AZ, and they come out with Army colors (they test fly them by the factory). They make one a month.

Also note the way Semper Fi and Marine Corps are spelled.

BTW the US Marines are French-inspired and were modelled after the elite troops sent by Louis XVI to help the Colonials (notably at Yorktown). Hence the spelling of "Corps", pronounced the French way (without pronouncing the "ps").

I don't think the Marines fly that particular bird. Also, corps, meaning a military unit, is always spelled corps.
