We can dream, huh ? For the record, if I could have voted in 1972 (when I was 14), I would have voted for McGovern.

1. Not very realistic.
Only state McGovern took was Mass. McLame will take many small EV red states, and maybe a couple of bigger ones.

I'm predicting 370-380 EV for Obama, which ought to be a big enough mandate.

I'm also predicting 60 Dem/Ind senate seats.

I'm also predicting over 250 Dem House seats, but those are difficult to predict due to lack of House district polling.

2. No where near the landmark loss elections of...
...1964, 1972 or 1984, but I believe Obama will give McSame a 1988 or 1996 style of thumping.

A wide and comfortable popular vote margin and a very large electoral vote count.
