Check out the kickass Obama sign our friend just made us!!!

I am so excited about this -- one of our friends (an artist) made these awesome stencils of Obama, and he's cranking out signs now. (He did McCain and Palin too, and adds negative messages for freeway blogging.) I think the likeness is just perfect!

I really like the way you accentuated the features of your home with two different colors of paint, they pop in a subdued way. Very, very nice all around.

The Obama print would look great framed, after he wins the election.

I can't take credit for the colors -- it came that way. :) We put in the fence though, there used to be an ugly old chain-link one. It is a big improvement. The main part of the house is from 1875, so it has its issues, but we love it. :D

We live in the "Victorian Village" neighborhood, which is mostly houses from that era. Most of them are waaaayyy bigger than ours -- our realtor speculated that it might have been a servants' quarters for one of the big victorians nearby! :)
