Proof Joe is an Idiot: Now says business would cost $250k to buy, he would make much less
Towards the end of this article Joe the Dipshit finally tells the truth:

http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Vote2008/story?id=6047360&page=1

He would make much less than $250k, he admits to that. The business would cost $250k to purchase. Dipshit Joe would be paying LESS TAXES under Obama, but instead he wants to PAY MORE to McCain.

Nice work Dipshit. You are now the dumbest freeper yet.

12. This morning a co-worker told me about a friend of his
who owns a small business, and said he'd be forced to lay off half his employees due to Obama's tax cuts.

I said if it weren't for Bush's disastrous tax policy of handing huge tax cuts to the rich, who are already doing great while the rest of us have been struggling, then we wouldn't be in the position to have to do this to people making $250K per year. I said you have to draw the line somewhere... wherever you draw it, those people closest to the cut off will complain. The only thing I can say is it's too bad we've had 8 years of McCain supporting these ridiculous HUGE tax cuts for the wealthiest people in this country while we're fighting two wars.

It's too bad that people will lose their jobs... but again it probably wouldn't be necessary if McCain and the republicans hadn't shoved bush's tax cuts for the rich down our throats for years now.

Just a working stiff who's lookin' out for the billionaires, who need it so much.

It's almost poetry, it's so beautiful. (*little tears*)

13. It's lucky for him Obama will be his president.

OBAMA: Now, the conversation I had with Joe the plumber, what I essentially said to him was, "Five years ago, when you were in a position to buy your business, you needed a tax cut then."

16. Obama should make a commercial about Joe
It should say Joe the Plumber would pay less in taxes under my plan but instead wants to pay more to McCain. This is why we need to rebuild our educational system in America. What if the country were full of guys like Joe the Plumber? We'd be living in the stone age.

17. Most small business are not worth buying and this straw-man debate
Mostly if you think would like and want a small business of your own then you should plan it out carefully start it up slowly. All the successful small business i have been around or worked for have started out that way. It just goes to reason why would someone sell a business that is worthwhile and profitable

19. If you are buying a plumbing business you are a moran to begin with
Edited on Thu Oct-16-08 12:25 PM by izzybeans
especially if you are a licensed plumber. You start a plumbing business, you don't buy one. You have the tools, probably the contacts too in order to make it work. There is no need to buy one, especially now that you have brand recognition.

The SBA can help, Joe. That's what your government is for.

22. I guess I just do not understand Republican "logic", Not only does he confuse gross income with net
income, but he confuses investment costs with income. One hardly knows where to start. McBlinky is going to wish he had never heard of this guy before this is all over. Sounds like he vetted Joe the Plumber with about as much attention to detail as he did Sarah Palin.
