5. K&R Love it ! Reminds me of
election 2000. Bush v Gore. 2 am. My 8 yr old grandson sitting in the corner, staring at the TV, saying:
"And I thought this was going to be boring!"

7. I work with kids on a daily basis...

it is amazing what they pay attention to. BTW, if kids could decide the election-our kids here are solidly in the Obama camp. The reasons are very insightful, he likes kids, he makes funny faces, he talks good, family member thinks he is good.....

I remember the first president I knew about-John Kennedy. I liked him because he had a daughter just like me and he liked his kids. And actually, those things make sense-even now, because he had young kids-maybe he wasn't so quick to challenge Russia to use atomic weapons.

16. I'll bet your son and my son would be friends if they knew one another.
My kid does stuff like that, too. He has a great sense of humor, loves Obama, and is very in tune with the race. After the VP debate he and his cousin entertained a big group of us for about 20 minutes non-stop answering questions as Sarah Palin would.
