It makes you wonder what might be going on there. The bulge is unquestionably getting bigger. Some people say it could be nothing more than the natural swelling that could result from running a hard schedule. The melanoma surgeries would have seriously screwed up the tissue's ability to drain itself.

But having suffered melanoma twice, it is a good bet the disease is back again. I certainly don't wish this on McCain or anybody else, but he has not been honest with the public about his health. it is an important, relevant issue.
