1. McCain really is erratic and doesn't have the temperament suited to the highest office in the land.

3. Hi there. Yes. Agree completely. It is not just agreement on the
issues up there but also acknowledgment of temperament.

McCain's outmatched across the board.

4. It's a scary thought that someone with as limited a range as McCain
would be in the Oval Office.

We've just barely endured 8 years of torturous incompetence from Bush et al.

Boy, am I in the mood for a change election.

13. The Pukes had 12 or 14 astonishly lousy candidates in the nomination
race.

McCain somehow outlasted them through dumb luck and media complicity, but even as their winner, he ain't much.

5. Sen. Obama has a pitch perfect ear.
Edited on Thu Oct-16-08 12:01 AM by bluedawg12

While I wanted a confrontation tonight and my ears ached from McLies stupidity, Sen. Obama showed what leadership means.

Sen. Obama held his own, was calm, well informed, articulate–did I mention calm- thoughtful. He exuded leadership and inspired confidence. One candidate was Presidential another was like watching a train wreck in hyper-motion.

In contrast, the opponent was a miming, twitching, mugging, impatient, terse, speaking in semi-code alternating with a crazy soup of conservative taking points barfed out in a barely coherent assault, the verbal version of bullet points, with a slapped on strained phony smile and an orgy of blinking a semaphore of barely contained rage, incoherent rants and nearly obsessive fixation on Ayerscorn.

No, it can’t possibly be all that bad, can it? He has a running mate for balance?

Oh sh*t. It’s worse than that.

15. From a dry alcoholic to a rage-a-holic. Nicely done GOP. Not!
Thanks OC, if it weren't so true it would not be so appaling and scarey.

10. Me, too. When he's talking he puts everyone on edge.
I don't know if he is doing the righteous anger shtick or if he has no idea how angry and cranky he sounds.
