When McShame mocked the idea of "spreading the wealth"
I know all of us may have a different opinion on which line ended McShame's campaign, for me, I think the most telling exchange was when he mocked and sneered at the idea of "spreading the wealth."

I guess he didn't do his homework and he thinks most Americans make over 250,000 a year.

I bet it would shock McShame to find out that 50% of Americans make under 32,000 a year!

5. Right after I read your subject line but before I clicked on your post -
I thought, "That's Cindy's credit card bill for a month of clothes shopping."

GMTA and all. :)

11. No, $32k loss is a pretty good night for McCain in Vegas
at the rate he gambles that is a small loss.

4. The Obama Campaign is going to kill him on this
McCain doesn't want to spread the wealth? He wants to be sure that multi-millionaires (like his wife) get bigger and better tax cuts. He wants to make sure that his corporate friends get to keep ripping off the taxpayers. And he wants you to foot the bill.

6. Obama should have nipped that shit in the bud
and described how so many in our country are loosing battle to care for their own families, and they have never complained, much less fired a shot in this so called class war, where the wealthy hold the only ammo box.

7. I have mixed feelings. Yes, I'd have liked Obama to jump at McCrypt on this, but...
McCrypt came off sounding like a complete loon. He's a complete twit and he showed that tonight, without Obama having to chase him down on it.

10. He can do it later as well, without the fallout
of making an issue of it in the debates like McCain did.

And even if he had, I'm sure he could have phrased it better than I could.

12. Motivating that twenty five percent base, no doubt.
Ain't gonna cut it this time. Change is looking at what will work, and using it.

McCain fails, even with the libertarian leaning folks. I haven't seen the Paulites youtubeing for McCain, have you?

Libertarians don't fear socialism as much as they do fascism, until the two merge into communism.

15. We wouldn't have to "spread the wealth" if people were treated fairly in the first place.
"Redistribution" of wealth is totally warranted, in my book, at least until the little guy has as much political power, as much right to health care, as much right to be paid a decent wage as anyone else. Until then, hell yeah, we need to distribute the wealth somewhat. Anyone who makes big bucks has done so, knowingly or unknowingly, on the backs of the underpaid workers of this country. Anyone who works all day but doesn't have health care and can't afford to send their kids to school has been ripped off big time by the public who ignore their plight and allow this to happen.
